The first week here was pretty rough. My mom called me crying a few times and my dad seemed depressed. That first week I kept waiting to get home sick but I didn’t. I went to my first college football party, it was pretty wild. I’m loving classes, having them back to back is really nice. Mondays and Wednesdays I have class 9-11 then I have a lunch break and a math class at 1:50. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays I’m done at 11:20. It’s so nice having so much time to do whatever I please. I’ve also joined a sorority which is so nice, I’m loving every second of it. The girls are so awesome and sooo supportive of everything, it’s nice knowing you have people there for whatever you need… and always having a table and friends to set with at ADUC. Tonight I’m going out with the girls again for pinning, and then after we’re all going out. Tomorrow is the first MSU football game, and needless to say I’m PUMPED. I’m so thankful God has blessed me with so much.

After months of chasing my past, I can honestly say I’m content with where I’m at. I’m ready to move on. I’m so excited to see what God has in store for me in this next year. I’m at a fork in the road with my life, and as of today I made my choice and I’m not looking back. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy… but I pray I’ll make it through.
